Development has started on the Hogarth School Pavilion as we seek to transform it from its current state into a facility which will be a focal point for the community – the ‘Hogarth Community Pavilion’. The development will take place in two phases with the first having commenced on Monday 8th February, taking approximately 8 weeks . This initial phase will include the following construction work:
• The safe removal of the existing roof and its replacement
• Insulation of the existing building with internal panels prepared ready for decoration
• A fitted health room ready for use with toilet facilities
• Security and fire alarms
The second phase, which will commence shortly after the initial build once further funding is in place, will aim to complete the internal finishing so the facility can offer many more fantastic community activities.
Throughout the project, we will be working closely with the builder to ensure that the build methods are as efficient and as neighbour-friendly as possible.
